Shipping & Delivery
Laguna Greenworks uses a variety of standard carriers to deliver your products. Orders for in-stock products are generally shipped within 24-48 hours. If we don't have the products in stock, we will contact you within 24 hours with an expected ship date. If this ship date does not meet your needs or expectations, you may cancel your order.
Shipping times vary by product and geography. Expedited delivery is available upon request at an additional charge.
Cancellations
Laguna Greenworks reserves the right to cancel or decline any order at our sole discretion. If cancelled or declined, we will notify you using the contact information provided in the order or through our website, email, fax, phone or voice mail.
Sales Tax
To be exempt from sales tax, customers must file a resale license or certificate with Laguna Greenworks. Otherwise, sales tax for the appropriate jurisdiction will be added to product invoices.

Privacy and Security
The personal or company information provided to Laguna Greenworks through our website, mail, email, fax or phone is held in the strictest confidence. We do not sell customer information to anyone for any reason. Basic information may be shared with product manufacturers for warranty purposes. No other third parties will receive information without written authorization from the customer. We are happy to serve as a trade reference for our customers, if requested in writing.
Laguna Greenworks protects the security of your transmissions through our website by using SSL Software (Secure Sockets Layer or known as SSL software) which encrypts information entered through our website. Laguna Greenworks electronically verifies each transaction through our merchant account provider. We will process only online orders that are authorized by our merchant account provider. If an authorization is declined, we will attempt to contact the customer using the information that was provided to us on the order. If we are unable to reach the customer, Laguna Greenworks accepts no liability for not processing or shipping the order.
For your protection and ours, we reserve the right to contact you to verify your identity prior to processing your order regardless of merchant account authorization.
Warranties and Returns
Warranty
Laguna Greenworks serves as an authorized distributor for all products we sell. Our products come only with the specific warranty offered by the product manufacturer for each of their specific models.
Please keep your proof of purchase – refer to your owners manual for warranty terms and conditions:
- Dyson Airblade™ hand dryers come with a 5-year parts and limited 1-year labor warranty. To activate your Dyson warranty, you must register your hand dryer with Dyson.
- Dyson Purifiers and Fans come with a 2 year limited warranty from date of purchase.
- Dyson Stick Vacuums come with a 2 year limited warranty from date of purchase.
- Excel XLERATOR® hand dryers come with a 7-year limited parts and labor warranty.
- Excel ThinAir® hand dryers come with a 5-year limited parts and labor warranty.
Return Policy
Generally, we will accept returns of products purchased from Laguna Greenworks for credit or refund within 30 days of purchase as long as the following conditions are met:
- The product is still in its original packaging (unless it has been opened and found to be damaged or defective).
- The product has not been installed or placed into service.
- The product has not been damaged.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds will be given once product is received and product condition is confirmed, and will be by credit card refund or check. Please allow 2-3 days for credit card refunds and 4-5 days for mailed checks.
